And, would you believe that the Farmer’s Almanac predicts a huge storm that weekend?!? (Say it ain’t so). If you’re one of the lucky ones who snagged a ticket, good for you! Rumor has it, as mentioned in the SportsBusiness Journal, that every seat will have gloves, hand warmers, ear muffs, lib balm and tissues. Makes it a little easier, right?? From January 29, 2014-February 1, 2014, Broadway from 34th-47th St in Times Square will be closed to traffic for Super Bowl Boulevard, where more than 400,000 visitors are expected to attend. All events are *FREE* except the Toboggan Run.
An interactive football-themed extravaganza, highlights include:
*A seven story Toboggan Run located between 40th and 41st St (tickets can be purchased at the site)
*Free autograph sessions with both current and past NFL players noon-6pm daily between 39th and 40th St

The 9th annual NFL Super Bowl Celebrity Bowling classic, aims to raise funds and awareness for the NFL Foundation. Emceed by Super Bowl champion Ed “Too Tall” Jones, this tourney has amateur bowlers team up with NFL players, Hall of Famers and members of the Wounded Warriors Project. Over 45 NFL stars are slated to participate including: Greg Buttle, Justin Tucker, Lamonte Hunley, Chris Ward and more! Individual bowler registration is $750 and spectator fee is $250.

Midtown NYC will be coming alive between January 29, 2014-February 1, 2014! NFL Honors at Radio City Music Hall NYC 2014
The night before the Super Bowl, the third annual NFL Honors will take place at Radio City Music Hall. 16 awards will be presented at this star-studded entertainment event including: AP Most Valuable Player, Pepsi NEXT Rookie of the Year, AP Offensive Rookie of the Year and many more!
This two-hour prime time special will air on FOX at 8pm on February 1, 2014. NFL Network will air the red carpet festivities starting at 7pm along with a preview of Super Bowl Saturday Night on January 31, 2014.
