Bar Car Nights at NYBG Train Show:
Calling all “big kids” (21 and over)…you can experience the beauty of the Annual Train Show at the New York Botanical Garden, adults only viewing, complete with a cocktail, hot cocoa and roasted chestnuts, an ice carving demonstration, Cirque de Light show and jazz music.
Taking place on Friday and Saturday nights through January 14, 2017, this is a perfect opportunity to enjoy a date night with your partner, grab some friends and make it a girls night out, or double date with your besties. 25th Annual Train Show:
Did you know that the Holiday Train Show, paying homage to over 140 New York City landmarks, first came to the New York Botanical Garden in 1992? (No? Neither did we!). This year, you will see the over a dozen large scale locomotives and trolleys travel through a quarter mile of landscape, all composed of natural bark, orange slices, cinnamon sticks, pine cones and more.

24th Annual Train Show plus Winter Harmonies Concert:
This series of Sunday afternoon classical concerts, for both adults and kids, will enhance your visit to the Holiday Train Show at the NY Botanical Garden. For example, you will hear musical ensembles, including Le Train Bleu, performing Vivaldi’s “Winter” movement from The Four Seasons. In addition, you can participate post-performance conversations with the artists.
