Outdoor Yoga 101 and Vinyasa takes place in the open air and on the grass in Central Park various days and times throughout the week. $15



Yoga Room in the Park

Once a month, you can grab your mat and head to either Astoria Park or Gantry Plaza State Park in Queens for an hour of yoga practice in the fresh air. For all fitness levels.
