Bryant Park: Outdoor Yoga
The 2014 season begins May 20th and runs through the middle of September. Sessions run Tuesdays 10am – 11am and Thursday 6pm-7pm. Mats are given out on a first come, first served basis. *FREE*

*FREE* Outdoor summer Hatha yoga, suitable for all fitness levles, every Wednesday evening in Riverside Park just after the work day and before sunset.

Outdoor Yoga 101 and Vinyasa takes place in the open air and on the grass in Central Park various days and times throughout the week. $15
Yoga Room in the Park
Once a month, you can grab your mat and head to either Astoria Park or Gantry Plaza State Park in Queens for an hour of yoga practice in the fresh air. For all fitness levels.
The Atmananda Yoga Sequence is the body of knowledge, experienced through Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga, combined to create a Vinyasa flow.

Practiced in a heated room, Bikram yoga promotes cellular metabolism, safety while performing the poses and detoxification. Each posture is done twice, with a resting pose in between.

Kripalu classes (a system of Hatha Yoga) are *FREE* and designed for all fitness levels. You must bring your own mat or towel for this yoga practice on the waterfront. Season is May 11-September 29, 2013. Classes are Saturday’s 9:30am-10:30am and 11am-12pm.
